You need the kernel-source package.

Also, a bit of an FYI, when we installed the Qlogic modules on a RHES 3
machine, we noticed that the module RedHat provides is installed to
a different location and will probably get loaded before the drivers
you've compiled and installed.  You might notice that even though you've
set up your config with SANSurfer, every time the driver is loaded it
will default to the original config and you probably won't see any of
the luns you've presented to the machine.  Maybe it's an RTFM somewhere
(I didn't see it), but we worked around it by deleting the modules
provided by RedHat which showed up in drivers/addon/qla2200 whereas
the Qlogic stuff showed up in drivers/scsi.  I don't know if you'll
run into this on 2.1, but it's potentially something to watch for.

I'm trying to upgrade the drivers for a QLA2340 HBA on my AS 2.1 box. 
The README for the drivers say that I need a kernel and kernel-headers 
of at least 2.4.9-e.43.  I was able to use up2date to upgrade my kernel 
to 2.4.9-e.59; but, while I see references to kernel-headers for this 
version, I can't seem to find the kernel-headers download anywhere, 
other than a website called "PoundHost".  Does anyone know the 
background on this?
