Sendmail Attachment Filter

Is anyone aware of any sendmail attachment filters out that that will allow
me to choose what comes in and out of the email server?  Also something that
would detach the attachments from the email and put them into a specific
directory or something like that, and maybe even email the admin when
something has been blocked?
