Installation problem of tftp-server at Redhat Enterprice WS v.3

Good day,

 

I have installed Redhat Enterprice WS v.3 (Update 4) on HP Proliant DL380 G4
server. 

 

For my knowledge, I knew that the Redhat Enterprice version would not
support for the tftp-server.

 

So, I have downloaded the tftp-server package from http://www.rpmfind.net/.

 

The file is " tftp-server-0.34-0.1.el3.dag.x86_64.rpm ". 

 

When I tried to run the package at console ( [root at ExcelHost root]# rpm -i
tftp-server-0.34-0.1.el3.dag.x86_64.rpm ), I have encountered below problem:

Any idea to solve this problem?

 

It is urgent for me to install this service because I need it to download
firmware to a switch.
