Combine physical memory of two systems into 1??

Folks,
I have a situation here.I got an application which requires 32GB of 
physical Memory.I don`t have a system which has 32GB memory,instead I 
have two V20z having 16GB each.Is there any way or tool that i can use 
to  combine these two systems memory into 1, providing me with 32GB of 
memory.
