Firmware of the FC card

It depends on your FC card. For my Qlogic cards, it's in the output of
/proc/scsi/qlogic/0 (I think that's the path - I'm at home right now).

When the system is not up, you might be able to tell from the BIOS but
it's going to be different for each manufacturer and system combo.
