[Q] install Pine on Redhar AS 3.0 error

Uvh would not help with a file conflict, since

 -U = --upgrade
 -v = --verbose
 -h = --hash

You need to work around it and e.g. rebuild PINE from a src.rpm and
exclude the mailutil file.
