advanced server 3.0

Hi,

Would anyone know where best to get documentation on the redhat advanced 
server 3.0 product?

I have no prior Linux experience so any docs on basic commands, installation 
& configuration and also system administration would be fantastic.

I have checked the www.redhat.com site but it only seems to contain official 
docs on the enterprise product and not advanced server.
