Red Hat initially released Advanced Server 2.1. They then renamed the
product and released Red Hat Entprise Linux 3 - this came in 3 variants,
WS,ES, and AS. The variants differ slightly in which packages come with
each and what the support level is.

What do you really have? The CD will tell you. You may also want to
visit http://www.redhat.com/training to help you build your skill set.

The best mailing list for Enterprise Linux 3 (also known as RHEL 3) is
taroon-list. taroon is the codename for this release.
