Configuring permanent routes

Hello,

I need to configure some permanent routes on a RedHat 8.0 box.

I can do this with the following command but when I reboot, all changes are
lost. How can I make it stick?

  route -v add -net 192.168.4.0/24 gw 192.168.3.160
