RHEL4 - packet "php" not found

Hi list,

I just upgraded my el3 to el4. Everything worked fine except for the network configuration and dell openmanage - but my question is regarding a strange error I get when I try to install php-mysql. It says that php-pear and php-devel depend on the module "php" which "can not be found". But it is there(the box is checked) and running smoothly - does anybody know what to do?
