helvetica font problem

Hey Guys,

I am trying to install a application on my linux workstation (Insight from
Accelrys) and it is not letting me install and gives me the following font
error:

Error: font
-*-helvetica-bold-r-normal-*-17-*-*-*-*-* doesn't exist

The helvetica font seems to be installed on my system but not sure why I
am getting this error.  I don't really care about getting this font and a
workaround would do.

Any help would be grately appreciated.
