upgrading rh to fc 3

hi...

i'm trying to find out if there's a way to put the fc3 iso files on an ftp
server on my network, and then remotely access each machine that i want to
update to fc3, and somehow upgrade the machine to fc3 remotely. is there
some app that i have to load/install/run on the remote machine...???

i've searched google and can't figure out how to do this...

any ideas/pointers/solutions/etc.. will be helpful.
