trying to find a RH support number to a live person..

i'm surprised at your comments.. we've talked before. i would hope that you
would realize that i would have pretty much exhausted any/all options before
posting this kind of question here... the fact was, when i called (for a day
or so) the numbers listed on the RH page, all i got was a recording.. which
surprised me. i would have thought that i could/should have been able to
talk with some form of a real person.. 

hence the question.... it appears that their systems were screwed up,
because i late was able to get through...

Answers to questions from this list is definitely faster than Red Hat
Support. Due to growth, their support response times and quality has
definitely declined in the past year..

I don't remember getting a phone number with the RHEL purchases we've 
made.  Then, of course, I didn't look very hard. I prefer support from 
this list. :)
