Are you sure that this is a Red Hat supplied Apache?  Red Hat is still
shipping httpd-2.0.46-44.ent for RHEL 3 and I'd be surprised if they shipped
a newer version for 2.1.  An rpm -qi on the package will tell you if Red
Hat built the package or not.
