Command free produced (I show only swap information):
Swap: 1020116 0 1020116
for total, used, and free.

The command will be:
1 - swapoff -a

2 - mkswap ?????

3 - swapon -a

In my fstab the sawp is shown as:
/dev/hda3 swap swap defaults 0 0
