dynamic update site streaming in Squid proxy

Hi,
 can any one help me on configuring the Squid proxy to handle the
websites(webpages) which are updated frequently(dynamically) like the
webpages of cricket score/football matches, where the commentary and the
scores are updated from time to time...
 and also how to configure the apache to handle the dynamic update of the
webpage in the client side.
