ntp to w2k3 servers

I am syncing my clocks on all my Unix/Linux machines with a windows
server here with no problem.  Having said that, I don't run anything
that requires milli-second precision, so 1-2 seconds per day is
completely acceptable.  I just cron:

 ntpdate Windows_server_ip >> mylogfile

And it works just fine.

this looks like windows sntp/ntp incompatibility with linux ntpd.
