Re: mirroring the whole disk



You must label first your partitions. Example:

e2label /dev/hda1 /boot
e2label DEV LABEL
for see: e2label DEV

e2label only works with ext2/ext3, not reiser or swap.

On the other hand, must configure some archives: /etc/fstab is one,
/etc/grub.conf (or /boot/grub/menu.lst) is the other.
