some newbie questions.

Q1)  I want to learn linux from web can anybody tell me linux beginers sites?

Q2)  I have installed linux , the time is always changing , that is If I set in windows it is getting changed in Linux , vice versa?

Q3) In my linux it is my hard disk configured  hda , where as cdrom as hdb but what about my flopy disk,
      why my flopy disk is not configured as hdc?
