Request!

Need to install flash micromedia! after i have issued a command:
tar -vxzf install_flash_player_7_linux.tar.gz, i enter another command:
./flashplayer-installer

i recieve a reply:  bash: ./flashplayer-installer: No such file or directory

please advise.
