ACL's on the mounted resource

All,

I performed ACL's on directory and shared the resource.
Does this ACL's remain same even after the resource mounted on client
side.

On client side, I performed ACL's on a mount point(an empty
directory)and then mounted the resource.
Does the ACL's remain on the mounted resource.
