kswapd running at 100% - Slowing down Machine

Actually the recommended fix is :

A work arond is to tune your system by passing a new value to the vm
variable inactive_clean_percent it is currently set at 30 increasing it to
100 has been know to do the trick.to do this type the following command:

# echo 100 > /proc/sys/vm/inactive_clean_percent

To set this up so it is always set add the following line to the file
/etc/sysctl.conf:

vm.inactive_clean_percent =100
