RH{AS,EL} 4 upgrade 2 and squirrelmail vulns

Hi,

So, it seems that there were several vulnerabilities in squirrelmail[1]
that was released sometime back in Feb '06 but I've yet to see any
official updates via up2date (I do have a valid subscription).
