OT DSL modem / router suggestions and opinions

I have had good luck with D-Link devices. Have had all kinds of problems 
with the Westell DSL Modems with Linksys (fought them for hours and 
hours, finally brought in a D-Link router, a bit of setup, and worked 
fine. DSL modem is typically provided by the phone or cable company.
