You want to install gnupg RPM.  It's free implementation of OpenPGP  
standard.  You'll than use gpg command to encrypt/decrypt/sign/verify  
files.  GnuPG (gpg) has slightly different command line options than  
PGP.  You'll want to consult manual page for differences.
