Kernel 2.4.21 or RHEL AS3 Bug under Taroon?

The service it self is in the /etc/xinetd.d and in the corresponding text telnet you should turn disable=yes into disable=no. to restart;

/sbin/sevice xinetd start
			  restart
			  stop 

and so on!!
