RSH doesn't work

Hi RedHat,

I have rsh-0.17-25.3 and rsh-server-0.17-25.3 installed, on all 3 nodes of
a cluster.

I have made sure that all xinetd services are restarted. And chkconfig
lists that rexec, rlogin and rsh as "on"

I don't want to use .rhosts file. I want to set it without that.
