how to create /dev again??

Dear All,

Due to some mistake /dev is completely deleted except some permission denied
files.

How to recreate again ??

I have two HDD installed.

The server is stil live and working but some command can not be executed.

I had not rebooted the server.

Can I copy the /dev from other server ??
