TomCat 4 on RHEL4

Thanks guys,

Yes, to run OpenNMS I'll need TomCat4, which doesn't come from RHN.

I was able to get this up and running using the RPMs provided from
OpenNMS.org.  Specifically http://ftp.opennms.org/pub/dependencies/
