By default, the openssh-server package is installed and started. It
runs on tcp port 22 although you can change this if you want.
For clients, it depends on the platform. For Windows, I prefer the
PuTTy client - do a google search for "windows ssh" and I believe it's the
first result. For Linux, the openssh client is usually installed.
