Thanks for the tip,
but the problem is not that hard.......
the module loads, the disk works. ( no panic crash)
but after a while, when disk traffic becomes high
the system freezes a long time, minutes later, it reboots ( no visible
panic)

Don't know if helps...
Try to insert a "sleep" insider initrd, after mounting sata module. I
had a kernel panic and adding a sleep worked for me.
