64-bit for redhat EL, please give advice

Dear all

please can ant one give me some advice on the 64-bit
machine redhat EL (AS4)?.

we need dual processor, at least 12GB and a small
(~70GB) RAID 1 HD.

AMD Turion™ 64
AMD Athlon™ 64

Intel Itanium or Xeon?

etc

any advice is highly appreciated
