redhat-list Digest, Vol 25, Issue 6

I have LinuxEL3 kernel 2.4.21 installed BUT the server is getting hanged 
after sometime Server is HP-ML110,NIC is  internal INTEL e1000..
THe error it shows is

kmod : failed to exec/sbin/modprobe -s -k net -pf-10,err no = 23 oops ( ) 
invoked from gpm-c(164)

Can any1 help me out?
