No, you aren't required to remove the OS which is distributed under
the GPL. See the FAQ for some information on this ...

I don't know what they mean exactly by "Red Hat Network Code" but I
suspect that refers to non-GPL code related to RHN, stuff like
satellite server code perhaps. It would be nice if this were clarified
in the same FAQ in the future.
