USB Booting FC6

I have a Dell Laptop Inspiron 700m, I have connected a 20GB Maxtor
3.5" HDD to this laptop using a Externel USB Case.

In windows I am able to access this HDD, I installed FC6 on this 20GB
HDD, but during booting I choose to boot from this USB Device the
system is unable to boot from this device and the system reboots and
goes into Windows. I dont see any error messages.

Anyway, I can get the FC6 to boot from this USB Device.
