Problem while browsing domain

just kidding , wat it means is there are no files uploaded , like there is 
no index.htm file present hence that error , otherwise ENJOY!

I am doing virtual hosting, but i am getting following error message
while browsing every new created domain:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/2.0.49 (Fedora) Server at nov1dom2.com Port 80
