postfix most important parameters in /etc/postfix/main.cf.....

Dear all,
I have gone through several on line tutorials and red several books, but I
couldn't get the exact most important parameters to change or set start the
postfix server in a CentOS 4.4  for single domain and separate ISP driven
DNS with already MX'd.(I have setup this in sendmail working fine). Pls let
me know the most important parameters for /etc/postfix/main.cf. Any online
correct document, that's fine.
