PDT to PST time change Red Hat Enterprise 3

I have an ldap server SUN DS 5.3
running on Red Hat Enterprise 3:

Linux version 2.4.21-27.0.2.ELsmp (bhcompile at tweety.build.redhat.com)
(gcc version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-47)) #1 SMP Wed Jan 12
23:35:44 EST 2005

I would like to comfirm that the change from
PDT Pacific Daylight Time to PST Pacific Standard Time
that will take place Oct 28th at 2am  
- back 1 hour - 
will happen on this machine.

We are doing a major data load to DS between 
midnight and 4 am and I need to anticipate 
what will happen.
