How to delete the following file

Hi!,
I have setup of RedHat 9, install sendmail and configured, but one problem
is that we receives the mails from other domains, but aol and aim cann't
received the mail.
I searched in  /var/log/maillog file in that it shows the received but
actually user can't received.

Sendmail version 8.12.8-4
OS RedHat 9
