mail server

I am using fedora core 5 and I have more than 30 domains and each 
domain has at least 3 mailadress and I want to give them a web base mail 
system. postfix and dovecot is installed already but dovecot didnot configured. 
Also I want user mysql authentication and everything control by mysql.
what is the most securre and easy configurable system.
