pam_mkhomedir and samba

You could solve this telling the netlogon script to map the user
proflle folder and in the share in smb.conf set root preexec to
something similar to this:
root preexec = PROFILE=/home/%U; if [ ! -d $PROFILE ] ; \
    166         then mkdir -pm700 $PROFILE; chown %U:group $PROFILE;fi
