At least 'stat' gives you information about who last accessed a given file.

Subject: To find who changed the file.
Hi Linux Gurus,
If one edits a file and saves, is there any way to find which user edited
and saved the file? Assume all the users have permission to write to the
file. Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Ravi R.S
