Machine boots from external discs

>From what you say it may have something to do with the order of scsi_hostadapter lines
in your /etc/modprobe.conf. 

Invert them if the qla module is before your internal device driver and re-make your
initrd.

After installing a qla2300 fibercard the machine always boot from the discs connected to the fibercard and not from the internals scsi discs.
How can i change this behavior.
