run RedHat AS4 on VMWare ESX 3

	Do you by chance know if and how a SCSI tape drive on a VMWare host
machine can be seen by RHEL running in a virtual machine?  That's been one
of the hold ups for me, since I need to do tape interchange of data with
other "native" systems.

RHEL4 runs on VMware virtual machines, with some gotchas.
