ntp issue.

The ntp information is below. The Full IP address is show below just as
"IP" for security reasons.

restrict default ignore
restrict IP mask 255.255.255.255 nomodify notrap noquery
restrict 127.0.0.1
server IP
fudge        127.127.1.0 stratum 10
driftfile /var/lib/ntp/drift
broadcastdelay        0.008
authenticate yes
keys                /etc/ntp/keys

What does your ntp config look like? (grep -v ^\# /etc/ntp.conf)

Anything in the ntp log?
