The prices vary from area to area (e.g. in Europe they are different
than in the USA) but better check a local Red Hat distributor or
directly on http://www.redhat.com/

Cluster Suite and GFS are now included in RHEL5 Advanced Platform (sort
of the successor of RHEL AS in v. 3 and 4).
