Problem on Redhat Machine

The amber light is probably an indication of a hardware problem, however
if the bad piece of hardware is redundant (which it probably is since
the box is still running) the os will probably not know about it.  Amber
lights could indicated a bad power supply, memory issue, etc....

I am currently having a problem on one of HP DL360 machines running
Redhat
Version 3 WS. The orange light on the machine keeps coming on which

there maybe something wrong with the machine. To try and diagnose the

I have looked in /Var/Log but cannot see anything being reported as
wrong.
What other places on Redhat can I check and indeed any other ideas on
how
to identify the problem?
