Subject: Configuring RAID device at install time and after

When installing RHEL 4 you can setup RAID devices 0, 1, 5 etc.
Is it possible to do this after the system is already installed?
Is it possible to modify a RAID device that was setup at install time
after the system is up?

I noticed system-config-lvm but this doesn't seem to be it????

Thank You.
