user needs help

[McDougall, Marshall (FSH)]

Have the user change the ONBOOT parm in
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-whatever_nic to ONBOOT=no.  If they
need network connectivity they can issue "service network start" after
it's booted up.
