Hi everyone,
I have a linux box running RHE 4. When doing a pwconvert with the
passwd file, the shadow file comes out all mixed up and
wrong. Has anyone experienced any troubles with pwconvert? Many thanks

in advance.
Paula

Hi-

You might try running # pwck on it to check the /etc/passwd file
integrity-

(# man pwck for more info)
